We had a great experience with almost everyone. Justin was a lot of help with the Hustler we bought. Emily was great and easy to work with as was Brady. Charlie at the gun counter was very friendly and informative. Had a minor issue with the mower after I got it but it was resolved pretty quickly. Jeff from service was very helpful. Would possibly do business with these employees again. However. There is one employee at the gun counter I will never do business with. Will not go into details but he is not very professional and caused McKinney to loose a gun sale. And after the fact I have learned from numerous other people that they refuse to deal with him either. So if you go to the gun counter ask for Charlie.
